A. Email addresses can only be used once within a company.
If you cannot assign an email address because it is already use this will either be because:
- The member already has a profile at your gym
- The member already has a profile at another gym within your company.
To resolve this, first please search for the email address on your system. If they already have a profile at your gym they can rejoin from there.
If you cannot find the email on your system, they will be registered at another gym within your company.
If you don't have access to other gyms to resolve this, please send a support ticket to helpme@membr.com with the email address you wish to free up and our support team will assist.
