Q. What do awake and sleeping mean?

A. Every member on your system will have a tag that displays either awake or sleeping underneath their profile photo:

Whether a member displays as awake or sleeping is determined by how many consecutive days they have not accessed the gym for.

This is usually defaulted for 30 days, so any active member who does not access the gym for 30 consecutive days will move from awake to sleeping. They will change back once they access the gym again.

This duration can be adjusted by going to Setup > Settings > Additional Settings
