A. First, click on the Change Package button. You can see a list of available packages from the menu. This will allow you to change a package without needing to cancel and rejoin the member. Bear in mind that package changes are only available between packages with the same payment type (e.g. cash to cash or chargeable to chargeable.)
Please note, this will not automatically update payments and they will need to be adjusted seperately.
