Q. What is member risk status?

A. A member's risk status is displayed on their profile underneath their photo:

Member risk status is calculated for all active members every Sunday evening via an algorithm that looks at a member's past 5 weeks of history, gender and age group.

There are five possible statuses that can display here:

Pending This member is also has a pending membership status and has not completed sign-up yet.

New member This member is new to the gym - their first status calculation will not take place until they have 5 weeks of access history in the system.

Low risk This member is identified as having a low risk of leaving the gym.

Average risk This member is identified as having an average risk of leaving the gym.

High risk This member is identified as having a high risk of leaving the gym.
