Q: How does the members credit system work?

A: For UK-based members, credits can only be assigned to members on a membership with Stripe as the payment provider.

These credits can be used for members to pay for any classes that include any booking inclusive or exclusive costs.

Members can add credit to their account by logging into their member's area (the browser login, not the app) eg- [clubname].membr.com.

Alternatively, the club can add credit onto the member's profile if they have come into club to pay for credits outside the system. You can find their credit balance at the bottom left of the member's profile page:
