A. The delay between a web drop-off turning into a prospect is to allow them sufficient time to complete the on-line sign-up process, and to reduce the time you spend following sales leads.
You can control your web drop off settings in Additional settings. Here, you can set how long you want the user to stay as a web drop off before they are transitioned into the prospect database. You can also determine the time in minutes when an attempted sign up member is added to the web drop off database, and set how many minutes pass before an automatic system email is sent to them.
