Q. Can I book members into a class outside of the size limit ?

A. You can add them but they will go to the waiting list if the class is full. In this scenario, if a spot in the class becomes free (because another attendee has decided not to attend the class), the system automaticaly will move the first person in the waiting list into the class and notify the member that they have now joined the class.
