Q. How do I host a Health Commitment Statement on my site?

A. Health Commitment Statement can be added to your Gym Terms and Conditions. This needs to be hosted as a PDF on your website, and a link will be added to your Membr site.

The Gym T&Cs will be shown in the joining process as a tick box which the member has to read and agree to before completing their membership. The tick box will appear as shown below on the member's details page when they are signing up to the gym:
