A. This is often because the test email fields haven't been completed when requesting a test email. The system needs to know where to send the test email, and which member's details to replace any email <tags> with.
If this is the case, you need to complete these two sections:
Enter the email address that you want the test email to be sent to, then enter the name of a member whose details you wish to use for the test email. Now click 'Send Test' and your email will go through.
Note that members will not receive any emails at this point; this is purely for your test purposes and the mail is sent ONLY to the test email address you supply.
