A. Every member of your club needs to be signed up to a membership Package! The Package defines whether the membership is prepaid (aka 'paid in full' or 'PIF') or ongoing (eg monthly debit). It also defines price, duration, eligibility for bookings (classes) and many other parameters besides!
You can view your club's packages using the Sales-->Packages option. From here you can edit any of the existing packages using the cog icon to the right of each one:
You can create more packages using the Create a new package option on this screen, or by selecting Sales-->Add new package from the sidebar.
