A. Adding products to your store is a vital part of using Vend, as you will want to represent everything your members or prospects could be buying.
To create a new product, please first log into your Vend account. Once logged in, you will need to select the 'products' tab from the left hand navigation bar. Once here, there will be a green button on the right hand side which states 'Add product'. Clicking this will open up a form where you can add the details of the product. Once completed, please click 'Add product' at the bottom of the form.
Once you have created your product, you may want to add it to your 'sell' page for easy access to assign it to members. To do this, please first navigate to the 'Sell' icon in the left hand navigation bar. From here, please click on 'settings'. From here, you will see a box which states 'Default Quick Keys', please click the 'edit' icon next to this (shown as an image of a pencil).
From here, you will be able to search for an add your newly created products to the default quick keys.
