Q. How can I log interactions in Vend?

A. To access your Vend account through Membr, please click on the POS icon on the left hand navigation bar of your site.

From here, please log into your Vend account using your log in credentials. Once in Vend, you have the ability to search for a particular product or customer using the top search bar, and from here can assign a sale to them. 

Alternatively, your can process a sale and assign a transaction to an individual through the members profile on Membr. To do this, please use the top search bar in Membr to navigate directly to the members profile. Once here you will see text which states ''POS: Go to POS''. Clicking this will allow you to log into Vend, but will take you directly to this members profile once logged in.

You can also assign transactions and sales to a prospect within Membr. As with a member, please navigate first to the prospects profile by using the top search bar. Once on their profile, you will be able to see the ''POS: Go to POS'' text on the left hand. This will allow you to log into your Vend account, and will take you directly to that prospects profile once logged in.
