The process for creating member and prospect mass emails is largely the same. For prospect mass emails, first navigate to Sales> Prospect Mass Email.
-
Add the basic details of your email. The name of the mass email (for your records), who the email is sent from, which email address the email is sent from, and the subject of the email.
-
Next, select a template for your email. The large grey boxes indicate where images are to be inserted, and the lines where the text will be situated.
-
Now it's time to edit your content! Drag or upload your image to the image sections in the email, and insert your text below by clicking in the box and typing your email:
The tags down the right-hand side of the screen can be added to the text to pull through data into the email.
If you would like to attach any documents to your email, you can do this at the bottom of the page: -
Tab 4, recipients, is where you select who you would like the mass email to be sent to. For prospect mass emails, you can select different prospect types such as signed up, visit attended, source, etc. You can also filter by prospect state (hot & cold), and you can manually tick and untick which prospects the email will be sent to.
-
On the next page, you can confirm and send your email. You can review your email main details at the top of the page, as well as 'previewing' and 'testing' your email. To preview the email, select a prospect and click 'preview'. You will then see this preview at the bottom of the page.
To 'test' an email, ensure that you have selected a prospect, and then insert an email address to send a test email to. Please note that BOTH of these sections need to be completed in order to send a test email.
Click 'send test'. -
On this page, you can also schedule a time for the email to be sent out. You can select the date and time to send the email. Clicking 'finish' will complete and schedule your email.
-
You will receive a pop up box to either view the progress of your email, or to create another email. Clicking on 'view progress' will take you to the prospect mass email list.
