Q. What do the KPI circles indicate and how often do they update?

A. These circles are KPI (Key Performance Indicator) widgets and contain data to help monitor performance towards the targets you set for the month.

They include Added Members, Lost Members and Total Members.

Added Members track any memberships you have sold in the month and any members who have transferred in.

Lost Members track cancelled or expired members plus those who have transferred out.

Total Members includes the combined number of active, suspended and defaulted members as of today, versus the number of active, suspended and defaulted members last month + target sales - target retention.
