A: If you have a member of staff going off work for an extended period of time (eg- maternity leave, illness etc), you can remove their staff account from the club, while keeping it stored so that you can reactivate it when they return.
To do this, go to Setup > Manage Staff and click the cog icon next to the relevant staff member. Select 'Remove from Gym', NOT 'Delete Staff' (this will remove them entirely from Membr).
The page will then refresh and you'll be able to see the account is still there but the staff role says 'Has no role in current gym'. This means they are not able to log into their account.
You can add a role again to the account by going to the cog icon, selecting 'Edit' and updating the Staff Type to give their account access again. There is also the option to set a new password here in case the old credentials have been forgotten.
