A. System emails are emails that are sent by the system following certain triggers, such as when a member joins a gym, or when they have booked onto a class.
To access your system emails, please go to Set up > Emails.

Here, you will see a list of your system emails, and a search bar to find specific titles. You will also notice two tabs at the top of the screen, Email Templates and Global Email Design.
Within the Email Templates tab you will be able to manage each email by clicking on the cog image next to it. Please note, however, that editing the content to have a different meaning will not change when the email is triggered to be sent. For example, the Welcome Email will always be sent to a member when they join up, regardless of what the content of the email states.
Clicking to 'edit' a system email brings up a screen similar to the below:

Here you will see a list of tags down the right-hand side, which will pull different information into your email. You can edit the title, and content of your email. In the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, you will also be able to 'Preview', 'Cancel', or 'Save' your changes.
A few of the key emails which you might want to customise are as follows:
• Welcome Email
• Membership Expired
• Renewal Confirmation
• Before Renewal Reminder
• After Renewal Reminder
• Referral Email to Friends
• Web Drop Off
