A. Before you can create bookings on the calendar, you'll need a Staff Member, a Location, and a Booking Type. To create a location:

Navigate to Bookings > Location Manager. Select the button Create location.

Now add the details for your location, starting with the name of the location – such as 'Gym floor'.

Add the capacity for your location (note: any bookings you create that use this venue cannot exceed this value!).

Now add a description about the location and select whether it's indoors or outdoors. (You can create an outdoor location, such as the park, and include the address of your location and generate a map.)

Finalise your changes by clicking Add Location.

Your location will now be shown in the location manager list:
7. Clicking on the cog image next to any location will allow you to edit the details of the location, or switch off the visibility of the location in order to prevent it being used for bookings (if the location is only used at certain times of year, for example).
8. Your location is now ready for the bookings to be added.
