Q. Why I cannot access to the insights.membr.com?

A. This is becasue you need to access the report builder via the Membr platform. In the left-hand navigation bar, select Reports > Membr Report. If you are not able to see this option, please email [e-mail] and one of the Success Team will be able to help you.
