The Coaching Tab is especially aimed at personal trainers and other fit staff; all fitness-related data, such as goals, fitness feed, health stats, and a log of every workout the selected member has requested, downloaded, or created is stored here!
This gives great visibility and powerful insights into the kind of fitness journey your member is taking, allowing you to better monitor, engage with, and drive them towards their goals!
When you first select the Coaching tab, you are taken to the Workouts area, one of three different sub-tabs you can choose from: (note that the Coaching Tab and its sub-tabs are specific to the type of staff member logged-in, and so fewer may be visible to you!)
This provides a comprehensive list of all workouts; workouts they have requested from their trainer, workouts they have created themselves, or workouts they have downloaded from the club's general workout collection.
In addition, new workouts can be created here and assigned to this (or other) members.
This area records any and all workouts performed by this member. It includes sets, reps, and other detailed information about each exercise.
In addition, a complete history of this member's goals are stored here and the dates they set them - weight loss, fitness etc.
All stats logged by the member appear here and can be viewed for the week, month, or year. (Clubs get to choose which stats can be logged, so these may include weight, heart rate, BMI etc.)
