Ensuring your business is maintaining revenue can be a complicated process. Defining metrics that are key to making sure your targets are being achieved inline with your revenue is a challenge at the best of times. We took up this challenge with the aim of creating a tool that is focused on giving transparency to some of these key metrics.
The new KPI Tracking Tool allows you to set your 'Sales' Targets, your 'Retention' Targets and your 'Total' Members. These targets are then tracked against your actuals as you move through the month.

Editing a target is simple – just click on the icon and you will be presented with a modal window (as you can see below).
Further work will introduce secondary metrics that will help to determine why the key metrics are not being achieved. An example of this can be seen below:
