This article will examine the Stats tab that you will find within a member's profile. This tab is important to view the health statistics that the member has logged from their member's area which will allow you to keep track of your member's progress. Each member is allowed to log their own health statistics and by giving you the ability to track these for your members from their profiles, it will allow you better assist your members on their fitness journey because you will be able to see all of the pertinent data from their profile.
On the member’s profile, you will find the ‘Stats’ tab. If you click the ‘Stats’ Tab you will see a screen similar to the one below.
The gym has the ability to select whichever health statistics they want their members to be able to log.
As you can see in the picture this member was logging their weight, but there are many other statistics that a member can log, and they can log as many health statistics as they choose. (As long as the gym has created the health statistic within the Additional Settings).
When a member logs a health statistic, the first time they do so it will create a starting point, therefore each time they log that health statistic again, it will start to create a graph. The graph allows you to quickly view the member’s progress surrounding that specific health statistic.
Below the line graph that you see, you will also be able to view the data that the graph is showing. (Please see below for a picture of what this data may look like).
