This report allows you to view your members status change per day (including new sign ups, cancelled, expired and rejoining members) and view the net change.
To access the report, click on the Report icon on the navigation bar on the left, then under the Sales Reports header select Member Tracking Report.
First, select the date you wish to check your members’ status. This will either be a ‘single date’ or ‘date range’. Click in the date field and a pop-up calendar will appear. Then simply select the date(s) you require.
Under the ‘Packages’ filter, you can also select whether you wish to view members on free (or cash) packages, paid packages or both.
You can also choose to view members who are on different packages by selecting the ‘Package’ button. A dropdown list will appear and you can click on each package you want to include (once selected, a tick will appear to the left of the package name). If you don’t specify any packages, all will be included.
Once you are happy with your filters, click ‘Go’.
Your data will be populated the table below. You can download this data by clicking the ‘Export to Excel’ file button that is situated above and to the right of the data table.
Don’t forget that you can view all dates on one page by selecting the show button in the bottom left-hand corner, and that the daily average is calculated across all pages.
